Concerts in Oviedo

Following the success of Ben’s projects conducting the Wroclaw Philharmonic Choir and Baroque Orchestra, and a recital last week in the Wigmore Hall with Sara Mingardo and Richard Sweeney, Ben travels to Oviedo next week to return to the Orquesta Sinfónica del Principado de Asturias, with whom he conducted Messiah last year. This year: Beethoven, Mozart and Haydn.

Berlin Staatsoper

In May 2013, Ben will be co-conductor (with Michael Boder) of Purcell’s “Fairy Queen”, re-arranged by eminent German composer Helmut Oehring. Ben will conduct the Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin, whilst Michael Boder will conduct the Staatskapelle Berlin.

Poppea in Copenhagen receives rave reviews!

Returning to The Hanover Band

Following the success of his debut concerts earlier this year, Ben will return to conduct The Hanover Band next season with a wonderful programme of Bach and Handel at the Courtyard Theatre in Hereford, UK.

Debut with Opera de Oviedo in 2012/2013 Season

Ben will make his debut with Opera de Oviedo in the 2012/2013 Season, conducting Handel’s “Agrippina”.
