Benjamin returns to NorrlandsOperan to conduct Le Nozze di Figaro, on tour in Northern Sweden.
Benjamin's new ensemble - founded with the violinist Jorge Jimenez - gives its first concerts at the London and Göttingen Handel Festivals. In a collaboration with the soprano Suzana Ograjensek, the ensemble perform Handel, Geminiani and Scarlatti.

Benjamin conducts the revival of Fairy Queen / AscheMOND - a mixture of Purcell's masque and new music by the German composer Helmut Oehring - with Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin at the Staatsoper Berlin, in a production by Claus Guth.
Benjamin makes his debut with Orchestra Haydn di Bolzano in a programme of Porpora, Lotti and Geminiani, with the Norwegian soprano Berit Solset. They will present the concert in several beautiful locations throughout the Alto Adige.
